The book “Circles of Life” tells about the influence of the chakras on our health, power and gives advice on how to expand spiritual awareness.

Its purpose is to harmonize the seven archetypal levels that so profoundly affect our lives.

All seven chakras together create a wholeness that unites the body, mind and soul. Freeing our soul and allowing our dreams to come true, the chakras are like wheels that carry us through life.

Each chakra is a rung of the bridge that connects matter with consciousness. Thus, during this journey, we will be in various areas of life: from the somatic level of physical and instinctive awareness, through the interpersonal level of social communication, to the abstract consciousness beyond personal boundaries. After understanding, opening and connecting all chakras, we will be able to build a bridge between matter and consciousness, we will realize that we ourselves are the bridge of the Rainbow, connecting the earth with the sky.
