How do I cancel an order ?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In case you receive a Broken Product, then kindly e-mail ( info@wishandbuy.com ) us the Images of the Broken Product you have received and the Image of your invoice bill within 24 Hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to provide Exchange/Replacement for the Broken Product.
